I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be out of town from August 18th through August 25th. My family and I will be driving to Florida and I’m not sure of the exact date I’ll be back. I will have internet access down there, so feel free to continue sending e-mails. While I’m gone, Joanna will look after the site and post any updates such as news or images. Today, August 17th, marks the one year anniversary of the television premiere of the Disney Channel Original Movie “High School Musical 2.” If you remember, the premiere brought in a total of 17.3 million viewers in the United States – almost 10 million more than the first film – making it, at the time, the highest-rated basic-cable broadcast in U.S. History. Congrats to all of the cast and crew! Let’s hope for even more success when “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” hits theaters!
Be sure to tune in tonight on Disney Channel at 8:30/7:30c for a brand new episode of Disney Channel’s “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.” In the episode, “Let Us Entertain You,” Carey soon discovers that she is the ship’s lounge singer when Zack and Cody suprise her with a cruise vacation. A 24-hour Web-show marathon is conducted by Mr. Moseby, Maddie, and London, who are trying to raise money for the homeless. Don’t worry if you miss the episode, because we’ll have it up for download shortly after it airs!
